Edward Gillespie

CEO & Interim CFO

Edward Gillespie has served as our Chief Executive Officer since November 2014, Interim Chief Financial Officer since  January 2015 and as the Chairman of our Board of Directors since January 2015 and has maintained a hands-on approach through the Company’s development, restructuring and reorganizing the Company in preparation for growth.  Mr. Gillespie has over 18 years’ experience in senior management and has carried out various executive roles during his career. Mr. Gillespie has founded and served as director of multiple private entities.  Mr. Gillespie has served as the founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Port House Consultants Ltd., since March 2012. Port House is a business consultation and portfolio management based company. It was through his position there that he was introduced to the Company, and consequently, Mr. Gillespie and Port House have been lead investors in our Company. Since our formation, he has been deeply involved in the development and strategic direction of the Company.


In March 2013, Mr. Gillespie was appointed to the Board of Management of CSN SafeBus LLC and in November 2014, he was appointed interim CEO of CSN SafeBus LLC. In March 2015, he was appointed CEO and Chairman of the board of CSN SafeBus LLC. Mr. Gillespie is the founder of Moyle Road Construction Ltd., and served as the Chairman and Managing Director of such company from 2007 until 2016. From 2010 to 2012, he served as a Partner and COO at SGG Enterprises.


Mr. Gillespie attended St. Eunans College in Letterkenny Co. Donegal, Ireland where he completed his second level education. He earned a Diploma in Business Management and Development at The College Of Management and IT in Ireland.


Neil Abadie

CTO & VP - Operations

Neil Abadie has led non-profit, For­tune 100, and start-up e-commerce businesses for more than a decade. He has carried technology-based leadership roles at several world-class financial intuitions including Lehman Brothers, Barclays Capital and Goldman Sachs. Mr. Abadie’s expertise in information technol­ogy, operations, and business de­velopment enables him to create efficient business practices in each of his leadership roles.

Since joining Safe Bus Inc. Neil has revamped the technology offerings of the company, including bringing a new app to market for the school’s to beta test as well creating logic for real-time alerting of bus arrival with the goal of scalability allowing many buses to be added with minimal human effort to enroll parents.

Prior to joining Safe Bus Inc. Mr. Abadie was the Director of Operations for Bonhomie Productions. Bonhomie is an e-commerce company that also has rich roots in its brick and mortar locations in New Jersey, which led Neil to sit on municipal business planning boards. During his tenure, the company had expanded from less than $1 million in revenues to a nation-wide business with revenue of over $20 million per year while keeping staffing at a minimal and leveraging technology and in-house business practices to ensure growth and success.

Neil has spent many years before entering the startup world working in technology roles at various financial institutions. In 2005, at 19, Neil joined Lehman Brothers as a software engineer, their youngest technology employee at the time. Throughout his tenure at Lehman Brothers, and following at Barclay’s Capital and Goldman Sachs, Neil led various technology initiatives that were critical to business operations and senior management were reliant on his ability to provide stable, accurate and innovative technology solutions.
